Why can't I signup using my service provider username and password?
Please try again and make sure that you enter the correct mobile phone number and service provider as well as entering the username and password used to log in to your service provider's website. If we are unable to verify your mobile number, username and password we will inform you why. It's possible that your service providers website is down for maintenance and you should try back later. We currently support Orange, O2, T-Mobile and Vodafone accounts, but plan to include more in the near future. Please contact us if you would like us to support your service provider.
I'm an Orange customer and I don't have a username for my online bill, what should I do?
Orange uses your mobile phone number as a username for your account, therefore you will need to enter your mobile phone number twice during signup, once in the Number field, and once in the Online bill username field.
I can't signup using my email address, it tells me it is already in use?
When signing up to be a SHROO:DA user, you must provide a unique email address to help us protect your data. If you have previously signed up, but have forgotten your password, you can reset it.
